P̓úsme Forest
P̓úsme Forest, located in Willson Park in Chase, BC, and launched in the spring of 2024, is a vibrant community garden and forest garden initiative rooted in ecological stewardship, food justice, and sustainable living. This thriving public space is designed to support local biodiversity, provide sustainable food sources, and connect people more deeply to the natural environment.
The project unites residents, volunteers, and local organizations to cultivate a rich variety of plants—including fruit trees, edible shrubs, culinary herbs, and native species—while fostering environmental education and community engagement through hands-on experiences.
