2025/26 Cheer and Jiu Jitsu

We’re excited to launch two new programs for children, youth, and families in Chase. Both programs will run through the 2025/26 season at the Art Holding Memorial Arena in the Mezzanine. Registration is open to everyone, with bursaries available to ensure no one is left out.

Chase Community Jiu Jitsu

Train. Grow. Belong.

Chase Community Jiu Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction in the Carlson Gracie style, providing a supportive environment for people of all ages and experience levels to build confidence, focus, and physical strength.

This program teaches participants how to use leverage, technique, and control to defend themselves effectively against larger opponents. Students gain superior positioning through throws, takedowns, chokes, holds, and joint locks—while developing discipline, resilience, and respect.

Class Schedule

Ages 5–9: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 3:15–4:15 PM
Ages 9–13: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 4:30–5:30 PM
Adult Class (13+): Mondays & Fridays, 6:00–7:30 PM

Fees:

Monthly Membership (Unlimited Classes): $110/month
Drop-In Classes: $15 each

Cheer Programs

September 11 – December 18, 2025

Cheer builds strength, confidence, teamwork, and spirit! Our programs welcome children and youth of all skill levels to learn the foundations of tumbling, stunting, dance, and cheer routines in a fun and supportive environment.

Schedule and Fees:

Pre-School Tumbling (Ages 3–5)
Thursdays, 3:30–4:15 pm • $150 for 15-week session

Recreational Cheer (Ages 5–6)
Thursdays, 4:30–5:15 pm • $150 for 15-week session

Recreational Cheer (Ages 7–9)
Thursdays, 5:30–6:30 pm • $200 for 15-week session

Recreational Cheer (Ages 10–15)
Thursdays, 6:30–7:30 pm • $200 for 15-week session

Registration for Cheer will open soon through our new online system. Families who wish to secure their spots early can complete our pre-registration form. Once the registration system is live, you will be sent a link to finalize your payment and confirm enrollment.
